2.75mm crochet hook

Safety eyes 6mm
BEAK
Use yellow color yarn.
R1: 6sc into a magic circle (6)

R2 – R4: sc around (6)
F/O and leave a tail for sewing.
HEAD
Use white color yarn.
R1: 6sc into a magic circle (6)
R2: inc around (12)
R3: “sc, inc” (18)
R4: “sc in the next 2st, inc” (24)
R5: “sc in the next 3st, inc” (30)
R6 – R10: sc around (30)
R11: “sc in the next 2st, inc” (40)
R12: “sc in the next 3st, inc” (50)
R13: sc around (50)
R14: “FLO: sc, hdc, dc 3 times in the same stitch, hdc, sc” (70)
Sl st and F/O and leave a long tail for sewing.
Attach the brown yarn to the start of row 13’s back loops.
R15: BLO row 13 sc around (50)
R16 – R22: sc around (50)
R23: “sc in the next 3st, dec” (40)
R24: sc around (40)
R25: “sc in the next 3st, dec” (32)
R26: “sc in the next 6st, dec” (28)
Choose whether you want to have the eyes closer to the beak or more far apart.
Sew the beak between the 7th and 8th rows.
Place the safety eyes between 7th and 8th rows.
Embroider the yellow around the eyes.
R27: “sc in the next 5st, dec” (24)
R28: “sc in the next 4st, dec” (20)
R29: “sc in the next 3st, dec” (16)
Stuff firmly.
R30: “sc in the next 2st, dec” (12)
Stuff again if needed.
R31: dec around (6)
F/O and leave a yarn tail for weaving. With the yarn needle for sewing weave the ends on the bottom of the body and bury the tail inside it.
Sew the white part to the body.
FEET
Use yellow color yarn.
R1: 6sc into a magic cirlce (6)
R2: “sc, inc” (9)
R3 – R5: sc around (9)
F/O and leave a tail for sewing.
Make 2.
WINGS
Use brown color yarn.
R1: 6sc into a magic circle (6)
R2: inc around (12)
R3: “sc, inc” (18)

sc till the end of the row”
Sl st and F/O and leave a long tail for sewing.
Make 2.
Sew the wings to the body.
HEAD PIECE
Use white color yarn.
R1: 6sc into a magic circle (6)
R2: inc around (12)
R3: “sc, inc” (18)
R4 – R9: sc around (18)
R10: “sc in the next 4st, dec” (15)
R11: sc around (15)
R12: “sc, dec” (10)
R13: sc around (10)

F/O and weave the tail in the last stitches.
Sew the headpiece to the head.
Sew the feet to the bottom of the body.
