HAIR
Use pink, violet, yellow, blue and red yarn.
Wrap the yarn around a piece of cardboard or your hand. Cut a piece of cardboard down the length you want the hair to be first. Next, wrap the yarn lengthwise around the cardboard. Hold the yarn along the top or bottom edge so that it doesn’t slip off.
Cut it on one side. Decide whether you want the strands to be longer or shorter.
If you cut the yarn longer it would be easier to place it on the head.
Pull one of the yarn strands partway through the stitch.
Pluck out one of your cut strands of yarn. Find the middle and catch it with the hook. Slide the crochet hook back out of the stitch on the head, pulling the yarn strand with it.
ASSEMBLY
Sew the head to the body like this (pic 1).
Before you sew the horn stuff it with fiber fill.
Sew the horn between the eyes and star it on the same row as the eyes. Sew the ears with a curve and place them 10 rows behind the eyes (pic 2).
Sew the fore legs two rows below the head like in the picture (pic 3).
Sew the hind legs evenly apart. You can place them 7-8 rows below the end of the fore legs. While sewing, stuff them with more fiber fill (pic 4).
When you arrange all of the strands for the hair you can grab your dog brush or a comb and start brushing the hair (pic 5).
I prefer the hair to be cut but if you want you can keep it long (pic 6).
